If you have suffered the loss of your newborn at birth or shortly thereafter due to premature delivery or stillbirth and require financial assistance for the burial or cremation please submit your request below.  There are no forms to complete or approval process to await.  We will contact the funeral home or cemetery directly on your behalf to pay our donation. towards the services.   Please let us know how we can help you and your family.  If possible please contact us before you contact a funeral home.

       Each family we financially assist is given a
          Keepsake Box as a memorial for their
               baby to cherish for a lifetime.           The Box consists of:
  • Stuffed Bear 
  • Tear Bottle
  • White burial set complete with matching gown, hat, and blanket for those who opt
         for burial.  Sizes start at under 1.5 lbs
  • Urn for those who opt for cremation
  • Framed certificate for the parents to complete with the name, weight, etc. of
         their baby
  • Rose gold baby ring 
  • Lavender filled sachet
